Cookie Policy
How InTaxOps uses cookies
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the InTaxOps website, what they do, and how you can control them.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, let a website save small pieces of information in your browser. Both help a site remember choices and understand how it is used.
Strictly necessary storage
When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we save it in your browser's local storage under the key "intaxops_cookie_consent" so we don't ask again on every page. It contains only "granted" or "denied", is never sent to us, and stays until you clear your browser storage or change your choice. This storage is needed to respect your choice and does not require consent.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you select Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google's gtag.js script) to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. Nothing is loaded until you accept. Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies:
- _ga — distinguishes visitors. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_<property-id> — keeps session state. Expires after 2 years.
What Google receives
When analytics is on, your browser sends Google your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and the referring page. We use this information only for aggregate website statistics. We do not enable Google advertising features, remarketing, or Google signals, and we do not use analytics data to show you ads. Google's use of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
Cookies we do not use
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party resources
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and selected images from Unsplash. These services receive the technical request needed to deliver those resources, such as your IP address and browser information. We do not use them for analytics or advertising. Our LinkedIn link opens LinkedIn only if you choose to select it; LinkedIn's own privacy and cookie practices then apply.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Refusing is as easy as accepting. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and reload the page so analytics stops immediately.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies. Analytics will not load, and the Accept option is not offered while the signal is on.
Your browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If storage is blocked we cannot remember your choice, so the banner may appear again; analytics still stays off unless you accept.
Changes to this policy
If we add or change cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and its "last updated" date, and ask for any consent required before new non-essential technology is loaded.
